Our assessment team will identify the early warning signs of relapse and management strategies, to enable appropriate housing solutions and risk management within the community. This will include type of property, levels of staffing, psychological needs, rehab needs and risk reduction plan.

Our assessment process is free of charge and totally without commitment. The whole process is easy to arrange and we will keep you informed throughout.
