Gray Healthcare is dedicated to providing quality care, directly to service users living and rebuilding their lives in the community. Our services are designed to provide support, treatment and recovery in a home based environment which is free from some of the stresses of life in hospital or standard “step down” accommodation.
We work with service users to manage their lives, change some areas of their lives and re-discover some of the skills lost during hospitalisation.
For many people understanding their illness is not easy and making changes to their lives can seem like an endless journey through a tunnel with no light at the end of it.
Our programme offers an opportunity for service users to make that journey, one stage at a time, so that progress takes them out of the tunnel and into the light. The level of recovery allows each individual to SHINE™ as they make their journey through recovery.
